Good Neighbors Bangladesh is a member organization of Good Neighbors International (GNI). It has been operating in Bangladesh since 1996 as an international non-Government organization for helping deprived children, their mothers, and families through education, health services, economic security, protection, community development, sanitation, and disaster relief projects. GNB is currently serving more than 21,000 children along with their mothers and families through 2 Urban Projects, 14 Rural Projects, and 4 Projects with Specific Programs in 12 districts of Bangladesh.
Training session on “How to be Effective in Your Next Video Presentation-Introducing PREZI”

Salam and a very good afternoon to you.
From 17th March 2020, our classrooms are closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Green University of Bangladesh started online education to face the new normal and GUB is one of the pioneers of online education. All the faculty members and students are facing new challenges every day on this paradigm shift. Video Presentation is one of the new tools we all can use in online education. It is cost-effective and a time saver for both students and the teachers. It is commonly practiced in foreign renowned universities as well. Targeting the emerging needs of the new normal, Green Business School is going to arrange a training session titled "How to be Effective in Your Next Video Presentation - Introducing PREZI". The key facilitator will share the way video presentations should be made and will show some free tools to make a video presentation, specially using PREZI.

Guest Lecture Session: Microfinance
The primary objective of this session is to be familiar with the process of finding loan recipients and delivering a microfinance pitch. Along with this, students will be able to acquire communication and presentation skills to explore the opportunities, fund facilities for small/fresh entrepreneurs. Moreover, this program will help the students to learn how to utilize microfinance facilities provided by the NBFIs to promote small-business success. This will be a platform to be acquainted with the plethora of challenges, opportunities in microfinance industries for the fresh graduates and to have an opportunity to build a professional network undoubtedly. Additionally, it is expected to give a real time essence of Post COVID microfinance scenario in Bangladesh to the students.

This course advances the users knowledge of functions, demonstrates how to manage data with Excel. The objective of this course is to provide students with a brief review of Microsoft Excel basics and then introduce the intermediate features of Excel. This training is aimed at exposing the students to use Excel functions and features comfortably and enhance their competencies in using MS Excel in academic and professional career. This training will be helpful to accelerate them to next advance stage of excel use.
